At Sublime by Sara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the following return and refund policy.
Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel or personalized products, may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@sublimebysaraofficial.com with your order details and reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Card Payments: Refunds for credit/debit card payments are subject to the reversal process by your bank or payment processor. This means that the bank or payment processor may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account. Sublime by Sara has no control over the timing of this process and cannot be held responsible for delays from the bank or payment processor.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, if only part of the order is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the value of the returned items.
Exchanges for Defective Items: We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Exchange Process: To exchange an item, you must follow the same procedure as for a return. Once the return is processed, we will ship out the exchange item. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for non-returnable items such as personalized products or intimate apparel, as these items cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during return shipping.
