• If the product is ready in inventory, local orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 48–72 hours of the Order Confirmation email.

• If the product is made-to-order, production may require additional time. In such cases, a customer representative will contact you directly to share an estimated delivery timeline.

• Standard delivery across Pakistan is typically completed within 14–21 business days of the Shipping Confirmation email.

• Please note: Expedited shipping is not currently available.

International Orders

• Delivery to most international addresses via Standard Shipping is estimated within 4 weeks of the Shipping Confirmation email.

• Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

• Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees, which vary by destination country.
